Lucy Todd is a Seattle-based career change coach for corporate millennials. A former manager and executive at a leading visual communication agency, Lucy left the corporate world in 2021 in search of fulfillment — and found it coaching others to discover their own fulfilling careers. After earning her Certified Professional Coach (CPC) credential, she launched Lucy Todd Coaching in 2023. She's a member of the International Coaching Federation, a CCWomen Coach, and a frequent podcast guest, appearing on Transferable Skills, Lucky Girls Don't Quit, Without a Doubt The Podcast, and many more. Lucy writes about career pivots, from deciding what career is right for you to building a realistic plan for your career transition. She shares practical insights, research, and educational content for burnt-out corporate millennials seeking the clarity and courage to change careers. When she's not coaching, Lucy loves running, vacationing almost exclusively at the beach (because, why go anywhere else?), and snuggling with her rescue pup, Angus.
